Hey, I'm Jim.
Mortgages are numbers, but homeownership is personal. My job isn't simply to hand someone a loan application — it's to understand where you're trying to go, explain the paths available and help you make a confident decision.
With more than a decade of combined finance and mortgage experience, I've worked with Michigan buyers and homeowners on purchases, refinances, construction loans and home equity options. A lot of the people I work with started out assuming homeownership wasn't possible for them. Frequently, it is — it just takes the right program and a real plan.
I'm based in Croswell, MI, and I work with people across the state. From the first conversation forward, you work with me directly.
